I managed 11 product and engineering leads and acted as skip manager for 54 participants who shipped, tested, and measured the impact of 12 innovative new products.
Outcomes
* 54 new college grads (full-time hires) were onboarded to Indeed's engineering and product culture and ready to join their teams
* 12 new products were pitched, built, and tested for Indeed with 2 continuing on for further development
* I received a 90% Manager NPS (9 promoter, 1 neutral) for coaching and empowering leads.
